TERMS &CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the House of Golf website and to bookings, purchases and services provided by HOUSE OF GOLF SPORTS ACADEMY L.L.C, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“House of Golf”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using our website, making a booking or purchasing a service or package, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once the applicable booking and payment requirements have been completed.
Prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to applicable taxes where required by law.
House of Golf reserves the right to amend prices, programmes and operating hours.
Changes will not affect services already purchased except where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside our control.
2. Cancellations, Rescheduling and No-Shows
A booking may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge where House of Golf receives at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time.
Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will result in the session being charged in full or deducted in full from the relevant package.
A no-show will result in the session being charged or deducted in full.
If House of Golf cancels a session, the customer may reschedule without charge. Where the session was deducted from a package, it will be returned to the package. For a paid standalone session, the customer may choose either rescheduling or a refund.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights available under applicable UAE consumer protection law.
